The Facts:

15 acre greenfield mixed use residential/office site. Despite having been allocated for industrial development in the Local Plan, the site has remained undeveloped due to the high cost and complexity of improving the local roads infrastructure. Katalyst has negotiated with adjacent landowners and gained Roads Construction Consent for the necessary works. The additional value unlocked by the enhanced planning consent will allow the road build to take place, which will in turn unlock a substantial area of industrial, office and residential land, thus removing a significant constraint to the town’s growth.

Annan is one of the principal towns of Dumfries and Galloway with significant concentrations in the food processing, engineering and pharmaceutical sectors. The site is ideally located between the town and the A75.
