That this is an opportunity to create a headquarters building in the centre of Docklands.
The Facts:
- This small site, close to Canary Wharf, will be redeveloped to provide a 40,000 sq ft office building, over five floors. This is an unusual size for a stand alone building in the Docklands.
- It is anticipated that the architecture will respect the existing workshops buildings, but also take reference form the modernity of Canary Wharf.
- The feasibility of this site has commenced and it is hoped that an application will be submitted late 2010.

Situated in prime Docklands, the site is minutes walk to the existing Canary Wharf station, but will be even closer to the new Cross Rail Station, which is currently being built.
