H2O acquired this site from Thomas Potts plc who also achieved a substantial overage payment.
We achieved a planning permission for a ten storey contemporary tower.
The scheme included 90 flats and 10,000 sq ft of commercial space. It also initiated a new walkway along the Limehouse Cut. Immediately after achieving planning permission H2O sold the site to another developer who subsequently built the site out.
