The Facts:

Aldcliffe Road is a BW owned storage yard with some redundant listed buildings located on the Lancaster Canal.

H2O Urban have been granted planning approval for 14 family houses on the site including the refurbishment of the listed buildings.

H20 are intending starting on site during 2010 with a site completion in 2011
