Actons lock was a BW owned former timber storage yard
H2O Urban achieved a planning permission for 25 residential units, six of which were affordable units.
H20 built the scheme in 2006 and it completed in 2007.
The scheme was pre-sold before start on site commenced, thereby minimising risk.
