Affordable Housing Project

In addition to bloc’s involvement with RSL’s in both Joint Venture and via Section 106 Affordable provision it is also working with a number of co-housing groups to unlock opportunities. This includes a development management role for OWCH.

The bloc role in relation to affordable housing can cover site finding, project monitoring, development management, finance, project management and planning.

The Barnet project as attached involves bloc in all key stages of the delivery process.
