bloc has worked with a variety of financial institutions and landowners in order to add value to sites and property utilising in-house development management, project management and planning skills.
The adjoining images identify projects undertaken with Scudder Threadneedle and ITPT Limited which were successfully completed with a positive value enhancement to the landowner. The enhanced income yield for ITPT from the pre-let development managed by bloc contributed to ITPT’s success as the best performing fund in the Annual Funds Awards Ceremony. The completed building also achieved second place in the Annual Property Awards in the best “Built to Suit” category.
bloc is currently working with 58-12, a registered charity, to redevelop its land assets in order to provide community and church facilities together with income producing development elements.
